Converted warehouses in the Waterfront district, shopfronts in Fairhaven, offices above retail downtown. The equipment is a mix of rooftop units, split systems and heat pumps, often installed by different people over twenty years.
The first visit produces a list of what is actually installed and its condition. After that we can answer the phone properly instead of guessing.

Doors open to the street half the year, extraction pulling hard, and a room that has to stay comfortable anyway.

Converted floors with zones that argue, and controls set up for a tenant who left in 2019.
Clinics and treatment rooms
Steady temperatures, low noise, and ventilation that matches what the room is used for now.
Light industrial and storage
Unit heaters, ventilation and a front office with an entirely different set of problems.
Two visits a year, written up both times
Filters, coils, drains, refrigerant checks, controls and the parts that wear. It does not prevent every failure, and we do not claim it does — it catches the cheap faults before they become expensive ones and tells you what is nearing the end.
Records are kept per unit so replacements are planned rather than forced.
